Savory Beef Tips
Tender beef tips cooked to perfection in a rich, savory gravy that warms the soul and satisfies hunger.

Ingredients
2 lbs beef sirloin tips
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 cup red wine
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add beef tips to the skillet and season with salt and pepper, browning on all sides.
3. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add onions and cook until translucent.
5. Add garlic and sauté for another minute.
6. Stir in flour until it forms a paste with the onions and garlic.
7. Pour in the beef broth and red wine, scraping the browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
8. Add Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer.
9. Return beef tips to the skillet, cover, and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes or until beef is tender.
10. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat gently on the stove over low heat until warmed through, adding a splash of broth to maintain consistency if needed.
