Savory Baked Beef Ribs

Ingredients
4 lbs beef ribs
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the beef ribs.
4. Heat olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Sear ribs on all sides until browned, about 5 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and pour Worcestershire sauce and apple cider vinegar over the ribs.
6. Cover the skillet with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours, or until ribs are tender and easily pull apart with a fork.
7. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftover ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place ribs in an ovenproof dish, cover with foil, and bake in a 300°F (150°C) oven for 20 minutes or until warmed through.
