Salmon & Avocado Rice Bowl
A delightful post-exercise meal featuring omega-3-rich salmon and creamy avocado over hearty brown rice, topped with nutty sesame seeds and a splash of soy sauce.

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice
2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 avocado, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
1. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
4. In a bowl, combine cooked rice, sliced avocado, and green onions.
5. Place the cooked salmon on top and drizzle with soy sauce.
6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a microwave or skillet over low heat until warmed through.
