Ingredients
8 large eggs
1 cup whole milk

1 pound pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
4 cups cubed day-old bread
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
3. Stir in the cooked sausage, bread cubes, cheddar cheese, green onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
