Ingredients

1 lb roasted chicken breast, shredded
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 pizza dough (12-inch)
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch circle and transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
3. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
5. Evenly distribute the shredded roasted chicken over the sauce.
6. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the chicken, followed by the red onion slices.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
