Roasted Broccoli with Lemon and Parmesan

Ingredients

2 lbs broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2. Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
3. Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and slightly browned.
5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with lemon zest, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.
