Ingredients

3 cups rhubarb, chopped

1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
2. In a bowl, combine rhubarb, raspberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Mix well and pour into the prepared dish.
3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt. Stir until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
