Radish and Cucumber Salad
A vibrant and refreshing salad with crisp radishes and cool cucumbers, all coated in a creamy dill yogurt dressing, perfect for a light and healthy side dish.

Ingredients
1 bunch of radishes, thinly sliced
2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
2. Add the sliced radishes and cucumbers to the bowl.
3. Sprinkle the chopped dill over the salad ingredients.
4. Gently toss everything together until the vegetables are well coated in the dressing.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
