Ingredients
1 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup strong brewed espresso
Whipped cream for topping
Cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar. Stir until the mixture is steaming.
2. Remove from heat and whisk in the pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract.
3. Pour the espresso into a large mug, followed by the pumpkin-spiced milk mixture, stirring to combine.
4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
Storage
Store leftover latte (without whipped cream) in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a saucepan over low heat until warm, or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
