Prosciutto-Wrapped Melon

Ingredients

1 medium-sized cantaloupe
8 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
1 tbsp balsamic glaze for drizzling
Toothpicks

Instructions

1. Cut the cantaloupe in half and remove the seeds.
2. Using a melon baller or a small spoon, scoop out bite-sized balls of cantaloupe.
3. Cut each slice of prosciutto in half lengthwise.
4. Wrap each melon ball with a strip of prosciutto and secure with a toothpick.
5. Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
6. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top before serving.
