Ingredients

1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
8 slices of prosciutto
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Trim the woody ends of the asparagus and drizzle them with olive oil, tossing lightly to coat.
3. Season the asparagus with black pepper and garlic powder.
4. Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto, starting from the base and spiraling up to the tip.
5. Place the wrapped spears on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the prosciutto is crispy and the asparagus is tender.
7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

Storage
