Ingredients
1 lb pizza dough
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
3. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
4. Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough, followed by the pepperoni slices.
5. Gently press the toppings into the dough.
6. Cut the dough into strips, about 1 inch wide.
7. Place the strips onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving a bit of space between each.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
9. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
10. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place breadsticks on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes, or until heated through.
