Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
2. Stir in the milk, granulated sugar, and unsweetened cocoa powder. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, stirring continuously.
3. Once boiling, let it continue to boil for 90 seconds without stirring.
