Ingredients
4 slices of white or whole wheat bread
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup grape jelly or strawberry jam
Instructions
1. Remove crusts from the bread slices and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
2. Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of peanut butter evenly over each slice.
3. Top peanut butter with a similar amount of jelly, spreading evenly.
4. Carefully roll each slice into a tight cylinder, starting from one end.
5. Use a sharp knife to cut each roll into 4 pieces, creating sushi-style rolls.
6. Arrange on a plate and serve immediately.
Storage
