Ingredients
8 oz cooked rigatoni pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, toss the cooked rigatoni with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until well coated.
3. Spread the pasta in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley while still hot.
6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Storage
Store the pasta chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated 350°F oven for 5-7 minutes to restore crispiness.
