Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

1. In a mason jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk or Greek yogurt, and chia seeds. Stir well to ensure the oats are fully coated.
2. Add vanilla extract and cinnamon, then stir again to mix all ingredients evenly.
3. Seal the jar or cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
4. In the morning, top your oats with sliced almonds, fresh blueberries, and a drizzle of honey before serving.
