Ingredients
2 lbs sweet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp paprika
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
3. In a large bowl, toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and paprika until evenly coated.
4. Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
