Oven-Roasted Salmon Delight

Ingredients
2 lbs salmon fillet
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 lemon, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
5. Arrange the lemon slices on top of the salmon fillet.
6. Spread the minced garlic evenly over the salmon and sprinkle with chopped dill and parsley.
7. Roast the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftover salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat the salmon in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for about 10 minutes or until warmed through.
