Ingredients
4 haddock fillets (about 6 oz each)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, lemon juice, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Place the haddock fillets in the prepared baking dish and evenly distribute the breadcrumb mixture over each fillet.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
