Old-Fashioned Herb Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 cup ketchup
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, and eggs until well combined.
3. Add the onion, garlic, parsley, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix until evenly distributed.
4. Shape the mixture into a loaf on a lined baking sheet and spread the ketchup evenly on top.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage
Store leftover meatloaf in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat slices in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or cover with foil and warm in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 15-20 minutes.
