Ingredients

4 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 cup gluten-free oats
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine apple slices, granulated sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss well to coat evenly.
3. Transfer the apple mixture to a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
4. In another bowl, mix oats, almond flour, pecans, walnuts, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until crumbly.
5. Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the apples.

7. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
