Ingredients

2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup shredded coconut
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup sliced strawberries
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup maraschino cherries

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, granulated sugar, and shredded coconut. Mix until well combined.
2. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan to form the crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.
6. Layer the sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and sliced strawberries evenly over the cream cheese layer.
7. Gently spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the fruit layer.
8. Sprinkle chopped macadamia nuts on top and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
9. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Storage

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

This dessert is best enjoyed chilled and does not require reheating.
