Ingredients

1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 cups whole milk
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, and salt. Mix well.
3. Add melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
4. Stir in the shredded coconut.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
6. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
7. Allow to cool before serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat individual slices in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or until warm.
