Mixed Berry Cobbler Delight

Ingredients

2 cups of fresh strawberries
1 cup of blueberries
1 cup of raspberries
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of unsalted butter, chilled and diced
1/2 cup of milk

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Stir gently to combine.
3. Transfer the berry mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
5. Add the chilled butter to the flour mixture and use a pastry cutter to blend until it resembles coarse crumbs.
6. Stir in the milk gradually until the mixture is moistened and crumbly.
7. Sprinkle the crumbly topping over the berry mixture in the baking dish.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbly.
9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
