3 cups frozen peas

1 cup vegetable broth

1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions until translucent.
2. Add garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
3. Stir in the peas, coconut milk, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
