Ingredients

8 lamb chops
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, combine chopped mint, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to form a marinade.
2. Place lamb chops in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove lamb chops from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
4. Grill lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach desired doneness.
5. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage
