Ingredients
2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup marshmallow creme
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves
Instructions
1. Grease a 9-inch square baking dish with butter or line it with parchment paper.
2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a full rolling boil.
3. Boil for 4 minutes, stirring continuously.
4. Remove from heat and quickly stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
5. Add marshmallow creme, vanilla extract, peppermint extract, and fresh mint leaves. Stir until well combined.
6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
7. Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for 2 hours, then refrigerate for an additional hour until firm.
8. Cut into squares and serve.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
