Mint Chocolate Dream Pie

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup creme de menthe
1/4 cup white creme de cacao
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
4 oz dark chocolate, grated

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, mixing until well combined.
2. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form a crust.
3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the marshmallows with milk, stirring until smooth.
4. Remove from heat and stir in creme de menthe and creme de cacao. Allow to cool.
5. Fold the whipped cream into the cooled marshmallow mixture gently until fully combined.
6. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
8. Before serving, sprinkle grated dark chocolate over the top for garnish.

Storage

Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
