Mini Taco Cups

Ingredients

8 oz ground beef
1 tbsp taco seasoning
24 wonton wrappers
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup guacamole
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water, cooking until well combined.
4. Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and press a wonton wrapper in each cup.
5. Fill each wrapper with a tablespoon of seasoned beef and top with cheese.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until wrappers are golden brown.
7. Remove from oven and add toppings: tomatoes, green onions, sour cream, and guacamole.

Storage

Store taco cups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes or until heated through.
