Mini Quiches
Delightful mini quiches filled with your choice of spinach, bacon, or cheese, perfect for brunch celebrations or as a savory snack.

Ingredients
1 package of store-bought pie crusts
4 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Roll out the pie crust and use a round cutter to cut out circles slightly larger than your mini muffin tin cups.
3. Press the circles into the mini muffin cups to form the crust.
4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream, then season with salt and pepper.
5. Divide the spinach, bacon, and cheese evenly among the prepared crusts.
6. Pour the egg mixture over the fillings in each cup until just full.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set and the tops are golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
