Mini BBQ Meatballs

These Mini BBQ Meatballs are the perfect bite-sized appetizers that combine succulent beef with a tangy barbecue sauce, making them a hit at any gathering.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Brush the meatballs with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
5. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the barbecue sauce.
6. Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to the saucepan and gently coat them with the sauce.
7. Serve immediately or keep warm in a slow cooker on low setting.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a microwave or in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.
