Ingredients
2 slices of rustic bread
1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp lemon juice or 1 tbsp honey (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
2. In a bowl, mash the avocado with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and either squeeze lemon juice or drizzle honey over the top.
