Ingredients
2 cups broccoli florets

1/4 cup water

Instructions
1. Place the broccoli florets, baby carrots, and sliced bell peppers in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Add 1/4 cup of water to the bowl.
3. Cover the bowl with a microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap, leaving a small gap for steam to escape.
