Ingredients
2 large eggs
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped spinach
2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
1. Crack the eggs into a microwave-safe mug and whisk them until well combined.
2. Add the diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper to the mug and stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for 1-1.5 minutes, or until the eggs are set and cooked through.
