Ingredients
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup raw peanuts
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine sugar, honey, corn syrup, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
2. Microwave the mixture on high for 4 minutes. Carefully stir in peanuts and microwave for another 3 minutes.
3. Add butter and vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring until butter is melted. Microwave for an additional 2 minutes.
4. Quickly stir in baking soda until the mixture is foamy.
5. Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet, spreading it out evenly.
6. Let the brittle cool completely before breaking it into pieces.
Storage
