Ingredients

1 large flatbread
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup sliced Kalamata olives
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup fresh arugula
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the sauce.
5. Distribute the sliced Kalamata olives and chopped sun-dried tomatoes evenly over the cheese.
6. Sprinkle dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper over the toppings.
7. Drizzle olive oil over everything.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is slightly golden.
9. Remove from the oven and top with fresh arugula.
