Mediterranean Delight Salad

Ingredients
2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 medium cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large salad bowl, combine the Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and Kalamata olives.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
4. Top with crumbled Feta cheese before serving.
