Matcha and White Chocolate Blondies

Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp matcha powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth.
3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
6. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
7. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Allow to cool in the pan before slicing into bars.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
Reheating
For best results, reheat in a preheated oven at 300°F for about 5 minutes until slightly warm.
