Ingredients
1 cup cooked ramen noodles
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1 boiled egg, halved
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon miso paste
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 cups vegetable broth
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
2. Prepare the vegetables: shred the carrots, slice the bell peppers and mushrooms, and chop the green onions.
3. Assemble the mason jar by layering the cooked noodles at the bottom, followed by the shredded carrots, sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, and green onions.
4. Add the halved boiled egg on top of the vegetables.
5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, miso paste, and grated ginger. Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the jar.
6. Seal the mason jar and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
7. When ready to eat, remove the jar from the refrigerator and pour 2 cups of hot vegetable broth into the jar.
8. Let it sit for a minute to allow the flavors to meld and serve hot with salt and pepper to taste.
Storage
Store the assembled mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Pour hot vegetable broth into the jar and let sit for a minute before consuming.
