Maple Sriracha Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
2 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped roasted pecans (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
5. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
6. Remove sprouts from the oven and drizzle with the maple sriracha glaze.
7. Toss to coat evenly and return to the oven for another 10 minutes until caramelized.
8. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired, and serve warm.
Storage
Allow the Brussels sprouts to cool completely, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes or until heated through.
