Ingredients

4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
3. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
