Ingredients

1.5 lbs salmon fillet
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
3 tbsp whole grain mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to make the glaze.
3. Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet and brush liberally with the glaze.
4. Arrange lemon slices over the salmon.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
6. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.

Storage
