Ingredients
1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the maple mixture over it, ensuring even coating.
4. Roast the pork in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
5. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
