Maple-Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
Transform ordinary Brussels sprouts into a show-stopping side dish by caramelizing them with maple syrup and crispy bacon. This sweet and savory combination will impress even the pickiest of eaters, making it a perfect addition to any meal.

Ingredients
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
4 slices bacon, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove it and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add olive oil, and Brussels sprouts, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until they start to brown.
4. Drizzle the maple syrup and balsamic vinegar over the sprouts, stirring to coat evenly.
5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized.
6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with crispy bacon before serving.
Storage
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, or in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
