Maple Dijon Pork Chops

Tender pork chops glazed with a sweet and tangy maple Dijon sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
4. Pour the maple Dijon sauce over the pork chops and transfer the skillet to the oven.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until warmed through.
