Mango Salsa with Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
2 ripe mangoes, diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeño, seeds removed and minced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1/2 teaspoon salt
Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
1. Peel and dice the mangoes and place them in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
2. Add the finely chopped red onion and diced red bell pepper to the bowl.
3. Carefully mince the jalapeño, removing seeds if a milder salsa is desired, and add to the mixture.
4. Stir in the fresh cilantro, lime juice, lime zest, and salt.
5. Gently toss all ingredients together until well combined.
6. Cover and refrigerate the salsa for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
7. Serve chilled with a side of crunchy tortilla chips.
Storage
Store the mango salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
