Mango Lassi

A luscious and velvety Mango Lassi that combines the sweetness of ripe mangoes with the tanginess of yogurt, subtly spiced with cardamom and sweetened with honey. Perfect for enjoying on a hot summer day.

Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
Ice cubes

Instructions

1. Peel and cube the ripe mangoes.
2. In a blender, combine mango cubes, yogurt, milk, honey, and ground cardamom.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Add ice cubes and blend again until the lassi is chilled and frothy.
5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Storage

Store any leftover lassi in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours in an airtight container.

Reheating

Best enjoyed fresh; if stored, shake well before drinking.
