1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
1 tsp lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
8 oz angel hair pasta
Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions
1. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat.
