Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
2 lemons, thinly sliced
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
4 sprigs fresh thyme
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cut 4 large pieces of foil, enough to wrap each salmon fillet individually, and lay them flat on a baking sheet.
3. Place a salmon fillet in the center of each foil sheet. Season each fillet with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, olive oil, and honey. Drizzle the mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
5. Place 2-3 slices of lemon, a sprig of rosemary, and a sprig of thyme on top of each fillet.
6. Carefully fold the sides of the foil over the salmon, covering completely and sealing the packets closed.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before carefully opening the foil packets.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheating

To reheat, warm the salmon in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
