Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

3. Place a salmon fillet in the center of each foil sheet. Season each fillet with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, olive oil, and honey. Drizzle the mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.

6. Carefully fold the sides of the foil over the salmon, covering completely and sealing the packets closed.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before carefully opening the foil packets.
