Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, fresh dill, and parsley.
3. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Brush the garlic herb mixture evenly over the salmon.
5. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the top.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
